I would just like to thank the Tour Guide team especially Mr. Suzuki for accommodating us. We missed a purchase for 1 child and they assured that there will be no problem. Mr. Suzuki even went the extra mile by purchasing the Shinkansen ticket for our child. It was very kind and we are very thankful to Mr. Suzuki. I highly recommend this package.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish I liked it because it was very Japanese be on time listen to instructions made me laugh this is their country and I totally respect their culture and got information on all their culture from sport to religion and a Mt fuji song would recommend for anyone any age to go just bring some cash always handy to be prepared, it was a really good day so some photos can be weather dependant but it's a great overall day out.

What a wonderful trip with Harumi as our tour guide. She helps me to find a place for praying. She is also nice in explain and build communication with everyone that join this trip. We are so lucky to see Mount Fuji many times even though there is no snow yet. We took a cruise in Lake Ashi then go with cable car to the top of Hakone. Lunch is so yummy, we booked muslim friendly. We were going back from Odawara station to Tokyo station by Shinkansen. Overall i really enjoy the trip. Sayonara, for sure i'll be back and big chance to booked again the trip.

Weather was not our side as this trip was just as Typhoon Shanshan was starting. We were unable to see Mount Fuji, were unable to go on the ropeway, and unable to take the Shinkansen. Despite that we had a great day as both our guide and driver did their best to both find us alternative activities and get us back to Tokyo safely. Highly recommend.

Guide wanted to share as much Japanese culture to us and had slides prepared and i learnt more through this trip ! The timing was good and lunch was decent . Everything was well planned and orderly . There was a free souvenir at mount fuji 5 station . Smooth sailing trip !

the most spectacular day out in the most amazing country. the day trip was well organized and the guide was informative, friendly and fun. can’t wait to get back to Japan!

Chose pick up from Tokyo station. Meetup place was easy to locate. Our guide, TK, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Shared interesting facts throughout the bus ride. Spent quite a bit of time travelling on the bus, but it was a comfortable ride throughout (albeit a bit of traffic on our way back to Tokyo) Mt Fuji 5th Station was cold! We went in early december, and while we expected the lower temperatures, it was still really cold! Good to bring hand warmers and/or gloves. But the view of the peak of Mt Fuji was really mesmerising. Opted for muslim friendly lunch. Lunch was good though we couldn’t really verify if the chicken used was halal - on hindsight, should have requested for vegetarian meal instead. After lunch, was supposed to take the ropeway but due to windy conditions, it was closed. Unfortunate but no choice. Instead, went to a small aquarium nearby. It was ok, but nothing amazing. Finally, went on a boat ride on Lake Ashi. Really good experience and views around the lake were great!

had a very great experience! our English guide was very good and friendly, and he made the entire trip enjoyable!

Guide was very knowledgeable and kept on interacting throughout day. Pure vegetarian meal was provided but was not upto the taste so better carry your own food or snacks. Due to some minor traffic jam we couldn’t go to the 5th station but we were told to see the view from Heritage site which was not great

this was a fantastic trip and our guide Joe was very funny and knowledgeable. itinerary got a 4 because it felt too fast at a few of the stops. it is a long day and extending stops would make it a bit longer but I would have liked a bit more time at Fuji station 5. overall very good day and worth the price.
