行前溝通完善清晰，期間因天氣不佳、在行程一個禮拜前業者 Brisbane Whale Watching 就有寄送 email 通知可選擇退費或改期，後續經由 email 迅速重新排定出海日期，溝通順暢。司機接送準時，上船後，船上也有提供自行付費的咖啡、熱飲、軟性飲料、零食、防曬品與紀念品販賣部；隨行程有附帶餐食，豐富美味。2026/07 下旬的出海行程很幸運遇到兩條遊在遊艇旁的座頭鯨，船長非常親切專業的廣播指引座頭鯨上浮換氣的鐘點方向，幫助非常大、讓整趟船遊收獲滿滿。

Lovely trip to see whales near Moreton island. 2 full hours of watching whales. The boat gets you close to the whales who also engaged with people on board. Such lovely experience with the big sea animals.

VIP賞鯨會被安排坐在VIP船艙，有職員專責提供服務，非常優秀。餐盒是雞胸片、薯仔沙律、水果拼盤和麵包，簡簡單單，但味道也不錯。我們於7月頭出海賞鯨魚，成功近距離看到鯨魚，欣賞鯨魚上水的英姿。我們有惠顧船上每粒AUD1暈浪丸，開船前進食，順利在大海上賞鯨。建議大家口服暈浪丸，因為船隻使到大海時，船隻真的非常拋，目測船上有幾位乘客暈船浪嘔吐。VIP門票沒有酒店接送服務，普通門票才有酒店接送服務。如果VIP門票也可以加錢加購酒店接送服務的話，那就太好了，畢竟碼頭真的很遠，交通不方便。

I had a fantastic time on this whale watching tour! The pickup and drop-off were smooth and right on time, with a friendly driver who made the ride very pleasant. Onboard, the crew were super nice and knowledgeable. They shared lots of interesting facts about whales while we watched them in action. We were really lucky to spot many whales throughout the trip—it was such an unforgettable experience! They offered motion sickness tablets before departure, which was very thoughtful. If you tend to get seasick, I recommend taking one in advance. Lunch was provided in a healthy and tasty picnic box—light yet satisfying. Snacks and drinks were also sold on the boat, but a bit pricey, so bringing your own is a good idea. Overall, this tour was well-organized, enjoyable, and definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting during whale season!

We were well taken care of, the entire crew was friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were lucky to see many pods of whales today, and the weather was absolutely lovely.

鯨魚活動非常有趣，可以近距離觀察到鯨魚，不想自己拍照的話，可以在船上買USB照片非常專業經驗

我買的是VIP門票，可以坐在駕駛室後方，在甲板上360度觀鯨，但我發現有不是VIP的人都能走上甲板，不知道這是否正確。VIP門票包含午餐，午餐是沙律盒和飲品，約兩小時的觀鯨體驗，根本無暇吃午餐。船長十分專業，不停尋找鯨魚的蹤影，很開心能看到鯨魚媽媽和寶寶暢泳，但看到其他地區的觀鯨公司能看到更活躍的鯨魚，下次可能會試試別的公司。VIP門票不含市區接送，我電郵聯絡觀鯨公司另外安排接送，來回費用是45澳元/人，可網上信用卡付款，或登船時現金付款。整體來說，這是一個難忘的體驗，很推薦大家參加。

Had a great experience seeing the whales. The staff were all lovely and friendly and was super helpful when I was hurling my guts out due to the heavy current (noting that I did take motion tablets before I went on the boat). Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see whale.
