Experiență Segway în Parcul Showa Kinen din Tokyo

it was an amazing experience, this is my first segway experience and I'm very thankful to klook who suggests me such kind of activity and also segway staff who made my experience memorable. I'm impressed with the staff because they generally not speak English and they are not good in English too, despite that they understood me everything so well, they translated instructions over the audio and also in sign language. These segway guys really amazing. I'm very thankful to the staff for making my experience so superb.

Segway 超好玩而且昭和公園又大又靚, 四時景緻不同， 絕對值得一去。導遊教練親切，原訂兩小時行程也會因著想多介紹給客人而延長，又提供茶點，性價比超高，我去的時候樱花仍未滿開，但也有其他美景，介紹咗朋友兩日後去，佢哋也超喜歡💕而且有更多櫻花。

The experience is excellent. End of Nov is a good time to go to the park and to experience Segway. The ginkgo tree is gold in colour and the maple tree is red. It is very beautiful, espeically when we are touring round the park with segway. The staff is nice and they even provide Japense tea and snack during the break. They will take photo for customers during the paly. Very considerate. For improvement, perhaps the photos can be taken from different angles so that customers at the back can also be seen clearly from the photo. A bit disappointed as we are at the back of the line and thus we cannot see our faces from most of the pictures.

Amazing trip. Have fun and enjoyable very much. Easy to manage the Segway. Also the park is pretty. We experienced great under guidance and saw quite a lot of various flowers. The photos and video taken that day are beautiful as well.

This was a very enjoyable experience! The instructors do a great job of teaching you how to ride a segway. So if you've never been on one before dont worry, it's very easy to get the hang of. The staff was fun and friendly and very knowledgeable of the park and its environment. My wife and I had a great time, and would definitely do it again!

非常好的旅遊體驗，公園好大，教練好仔細教導平衡，行駛時又為團友影相，我本身排最後 (第三)，還以為影不到，但教練會安排大家輪流在跟她後面，所以我也有很多近距離照片。教練舉動好窩心喔！

細心的工作人員，非常詳細講解及指導，全程非常享受，整個公園也很美，讚……

1.Finding the meeting spot: though the instruction info is introduced. But for non-local first-time tourist, we took taxi to the exit of the park. Regret the info did not include the key information of the order of the meeting point exit, we checked it is No.5. So practically it requires 30 min to find the right exit if your taxi driver off you at wrong exit (we are totally lost when we got the wrong no.1 exit) at 9:40. And it takes at least 30 minutes to walk to the right place. 2. When we accidentally get off the taxi at wrong exit, there was no local operator contact at all to communicate. Basically you are doomed if you are not able to catch the enough time to run to the correct exit. 3. Then after 9:50, the local operator send us a email, said that we can only wait till 10am. But unfortunately we are to busy to google map the meeting point and overlooked the email. 4. I checked with Klook CS team to report this case, CS team checked with local operator, they said that due to the EXTREMELY STRICT NO REFUND NO CANCEL NO RESCHEDULE policy after payment that clearly showed in the booking page. It is absolutely candidates fault that not capable enough to find the place before the meeting time. 5. BTW once we know that, we found the park also offer bike rent, and the view was nice. So maybe next time you can go the park directly and don't book any STRICT FIXED SCHEDULE event. Especially the park is 2 hours public transportation or 70 mins taxi from the central Tokyo. 6. It will be better if the local operator would like to share more understanding and hosipitality to overseas participants that proactively offer reschedule to join next tour or more effective communication for instance first communicate prior 1 day to the event day to support participants that much anticipated this event from months ago. Just share our specific case for coming customers overseas customers' reference.
