This was a very enjoyable and relaxing tour. Our tour guide was Dean and our driver’s name was JR. They arrived early. We actually took off about ten minutes early. I was sent the itinerary the night before and knew what sights and icons we would learn about but not stop. I appreciated this heads up. We were on a private tour and we are not much for 100 pictures with us standing in front of a site. We enjoyed each site, loved to learn the history and folklore, took our photos and moved on. Due to our process. We were able to go to the Japanese tunnels. It was across the street from our scheduled tour. We paid our entrance fees and spent our extra time learning more about the Philippines Bicol region. Thank you for this flexibility. We finished our tour in a heavy downpour and learned more about local weaving and pili nuts. We also were able to take photos of the Mayon Volcano from many angles even with the clouds and rain. Our tour is on time. Kuya driver and kuya tour guide arrived in our accommodation 15 mins earlier. Kuya tour guide is knowledgeable about the culture and history of Bicol including the places we visited. we've taken a lot of pictures with the majestic view of Mt Mayon. The weather was fine during our tour. Itinerary in Klook needs to be updated as we skipped some of the places listed in the itinerary.

Kuya Melchor was a great tour guide, he is very hospitable and also accommodating. In this tour, they provided us refreshments (not only once but twice) and also snacks. Kuya Melchor was also very on time as well! They also assisted us in all the tourist spots in the best way that they can.

Patrick was our tour guide and he was super accommodating. He took lots of beautiful photos of us and even helped us arrange a ride to Misibis Bay. We really appreciate him for going above and beyond. Overall, my husband and I had a great time on the tour.

Kuya Ted was very kind and he knows a lot of fun facts about the town. It was a great experience indeed even if Mayon was hiding during our trip. Thanks Kuya Ted for suggesting to go to sorsogon next!

Vremea nu a fost foarte bună în această călătorie, a plouat pe parcurs, dar ghidul nostru a fost totuși foarte dedicat și responsabil. Itinerariul a decurs în mare parte conform planului, iar ghidul ne-a povestit istoria fiecărui obiectiv turistic și ne-a lăsat timp pentru masă și cafea. Am reușit să facem fotografii foarte frumoase în momentele în care s-a înseninat. În general, această călătorie a fost foarte plăcută.

The tour was well-organized and covered all the major highlights of the city. Our guide, Ms. Jelica was knowledgeable and engaging. She was able to take great group photos. And also our driver Kuya Andoy for our safe trip from one area to another. The transportation provided was comfortable, and the group size was just right—large enough to meet new people but small enough for a personal experience. The tour started on time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting. It’s a perfect way to get acquainted with the city, whether you're a first-time visitor or a returning traveler. The combination of great guiding, well-planned itinerary, and the charm of the city made for an unforgettable day.

Despite the unfavorable weather conditions, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Although we weren’t able to see Mayon Volcano 🥹, Ena’s professionalism, friendliness, and in-depth knowledge of the locations made the experience worthwhile.

Great experience overall! Our guide was knowledgeable and very accommodating. We really appreciated that they allowed us to bring our small dog along for the tour. Since it was a join-in tour, they checked with the other guests first, which we thought was very considerate. Everything was well-organized and on time, and we enjoyed all the places we visited. Just a heads up for anyone booking a join-in tour: entrance fees are not included, so you’ll need to pay those separately. It wasn’t an issue for us, just make sure to bring small bills to make things easier. Would definitely recommend!
