Clinica Stretch Me la Central World din Bangkok

I recently visited Stretch ME center and tried their Basic Sport Stretch. The experience was fantastic. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the session. The stretch itself was thorough and really helped to relive tension in my muscles. I left feeling renuvenaged and more flexible. I highly recommend stretch ME center for anyone looking to improve their overall well-being.

central wOrld的这间是位于Let's Relax central wOrld旁边，当时我去做理疗的时候，由于是walk-in，就被安排用Let's Relax的房间。技师会让你选择一个需要加强理疗的部位，后续会先做全身的拉伸，再做指定部位的拉伸。 总体而言，这次的体验跟我先前的体验差不多，技师的拉伸力度足够，并不会让人睡着（因为会拉到痛），然而做完之后会很舒服。最后，还可以问下技师关于特定部位的拉伸动作，可以在理疗后自己给自己做拉伸。

unlike a normal massage, it is a unique experience that u should try, they provide clothes for stretching, the environment is great, the therapist is very professional, must try!

need to walk through Nike or Zara to get to the clinic. absolutely amazing assisted stretching. ended up signing a 20 sessions package as it was just so good.

opted for the basic sport stretch for 60 mins. the central world location was a bit of a challenge to find as it really is inside zara. recommend booking the appointment on line as they responded faster there.

Good stretch! Value for $$$! Booked this for hubby and he was happy with the services.

not bad experience and different from usual massage but some stretches abit painful
