先說明此行程其實並無接送與導遊！最大優點是即買即用真的很方便，不過船上是一人船長兼tour guide，講的是德文，推薦給只是想乘船看風景，瀏覽城市風光，不介意只有德文導覽的遊客，比現場買票便宜，我們到的時間太晚只剩下1小時的方案，不然我一定選2小時（因為沒差多少$$），到易北音樂廳時還會停留下來給遊客時間拍照

no English commentator only in German so we weren’t sure what’s all the comments about. just there for the cruise/ scenery. the boat was big & lovely though

Klook提供的集合點只是駁船公司的資訊站，他會再引導你往港口邊走，到時候會有人驗票。表訂6點開船，但6:30才開船，其實可以先上去搶角度好的位置。至於導覽雖然用德文，但開chat GPT 即時口譯還算是能聽得懂，內容還蠻幽默的。

alles in allem eine interessante Hafen Rundfahrt. Wir konnten sogar die Aida beim Auslaufen sehen und eines der größten Container Schiffen

Buchen war unkompliziert und der Preis gut. Die Rundfahrt war sehr unterhaltsam. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Nice activity however it was a little difficult for me to follow because there was no clear instruction on how to go from the kiosk to the boat. Going inside I felt lost as well because I was maybe expecting like the usual boat cruise with seats in rows and not a sit down restaurant style. Didn’t also get the chance for the English guided tour so couldn’t understand a word the guide was saying. Ordered gluhwein and enjoyed it.

ハンブルク空港に14時ごろ到着する飛行機だったので、ホテルでチェックインしてから、クルーズに向かう予定でした。ところが、飛行機が遅れる、荷物が出てこないというトラブルでハンブルク空港を出るのが17時を過ぎてしまいました。直行したのですが、乗り場に着いたのが18時ちょうどでした。1時間の最後の回に乗り遅れた、と諦めの気持ちと、もしかして出航が遅れてるかも？と淡い期待をしながら、クルーズ乗り場に行きました。すると、お客さんの乗った船が泊まっていて、QRコードを見せたら乗せてくれました。出航は18時35分でした。定期の時間なのか臨時で増便したのかわかりませんが、1時間、ドイツ語の説明を聞きながら、楽しいクルーズができました。アプリも入れたのですが、うまく使えなくて。ドイツ語が分からなくても、船から見る景色が良いので、乗ることができて本当に良かったです。

the tour was great. we're amazed with how big the port is and they show how the port was dealing with big cargo (container). it's kind a new for us. we also got to see others historic building such as Elbphilharmonie from different side view. the down point was only the tour conduct in German, although 12 pm we believe it should be English tour. But others German tourist had lots of laugh, so i guess it's such a fun.
