Arta Kintsugi: Reparația Tradițională Aurie în Tokyo Asakusa

I visited with my kids, and it turned out to be a great family activity that everyone enjoyed. The experience was interactive, engaging, and kept both the kids and adults entertained from start to finish. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

had the best time ever! Saira, Ann, and Elijah were very friendly and accomodating. They guided and helped me throughout the whole process. I’m so happy with my artwork. This is the perfect remembrance/souvenir from Japan.

A+++!!! Would highly recommend! My friends and I had a GREAT time making our plates. We topped up to get darker coloured plates for a more prominent gold contrast and have no regrets. It was about 2000-4000 yen to top up. Elijah and Kanon were great instructors - patient and super friendly. The workshop lasted 1.5 hours and it was money well spent! The space is super comfortable and lovely. They also do chopsticks making and knives making in this studio.

This was a fun late minute activity! Carla is a lovely and knowledgeable instructor. my husband and I had a great time in this workshop. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun experience and a cool souvenir.

아사쿠사에서 쾌적한 빌딩에 위치해 찾아가기도 쉽고 내부가 넓어 아주 편하게 클래스를 들을 수 있었어요. 혼자 방문했는데도 Shirin 선생님이 잘 챙겨주고 계속 친절하게 알려주어서 첫 킨츠키 체험이 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 너무 의미있고 기념품으로도 접시를 가져갈 수 있으니 꼭 해보시길 바랄게요! 혼자, 친구끼리, 가족끼리 모두모두 하기 좋은 클래스예요. 추천합니다!

one of the best experiences i had in tokyo. the instructor was patient and clear even with the language barrier, walked us through every step of repairing a real broken piece of pottery with gold. the concept of kintsugi is beautiful on its own but actually doing it with your hands makes it hit differently. cozy studio, everything provided, about 1 hour which felt just right. came out with a piece i’m genuinely proud of and will actually keep. would 100% recommend especially for solo travellers, it’s meditative and you leave with something really meaningful

wabi-sabi: finding beauty in imperfection. i took this class on a whim, and it might just be one of the highlights of my japan trip. sui and alberto were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole experience, which made the class even more special. if you’re around senso-ji and looking for something meaningful to take home with you, i’d definitely recommend taking this class. a beautiful little reminder that not everything has to be perfect to be worth keeping.

Betty Spaghetti was the best! She was incredibly patient and kind. Her instructions were super easy to follow too! We were a group but I felt well taken care of. It was a very nice fun experience. I'd 100% recommend.

this was one of the cutest, artsy little experiences on my trip! Absolutely perfect activity on a rainy day, and Koko was incredibly knowledgeable and kind in showing us proper technique. Loved her as a teacher. Highly recommend!!

Today, I had a wonderful experience learning about kintsugi. Thanks to April, whose kindness and expertise in the art made the session enjoyable. She demonstrated some excellent techniques, and I truly appreciated the entire process and experience! definitely worth a visit if you want to experience some arts and culture during your trip!
