It was an exceptional experience to train under the tutelage of professional Sumo athletes. The main instructor was incredibly patient, professional, and welcoming, making the training both challenging and enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated having excellent English translators throughout the session, which made the instruction clear and accessible. The meal after training was another highlight. The cook was incredibly kind, and the food was delicious, filling, and exactly what we needed after the workout. My husband and I feel truly honored to have had this opportunity. As athletes ourselves, we deeply value experiences like this, and being able to learn from such accomplished professionals in Japan is something we will never take for granted. Thank you to everyone who made this such a memorable and meaningful experience.

Amazing traditional and authentic Sumo experience in Tokyo. We really enjoyed learning about the history, training practices and all round world of Sumo. Very excited to meet a grand sumo master and all the team were so helpful and knowledgeable!

We had an absolutely incredible experience during this sumo activity in Tokyo. It was both highly informative and fascinating, and truly impressive to meet real sumo wrestlers in person — such a rare and memorable moment! The welcome was warm and the atmosphere felt very authentic. The food was also absolutely delicious, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of most amazing things we did in Tokyo. What an experience! It was very entertaining. We got to do some sumo training exercises and 'fight' the former professional sumo wrestlers. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this activity to friends and family.

One of the best experiences we had in Japan! The Sumo experience is amazing, the staff and the athletes are amazing people, and the food was delicious. Just do it!

we did not thoroughly read and were not aware this is a hands on experience. if you want a hand on experience this is absolutely what you should book. It was a little challenging to find.
