Quite confusing since there are different branches or locations where you can left the luggage, and we need to choose which one is closest to the HK busline office (Amorita Boutique hotel)

ハロン湾のクルージングから旧市街地を巡るのに荷物を預けるのに利用しました。 旧市街地近くの ハノイ ハイ ファイブ ホステルを利用しました。市街地を巡るのに立地は最高です。クルージングから荷物が届かないトラブルに有りましたが、市街地巡り終わって、空港迄のタクシーも手配して頂き、私達のトラブルにも手助けして頂きました。ホテルを預かり場所に選んで良かったです。旧市街地を巡りと安心して荷物を預けられる場所だと思います。

we chose amorita boutique hotel for our drop off luggage. The staff Tracy is from the Philippines, she's so cute and she helps us a lot from ordering Jollibee tru grab and also show us where we can exchange money 🤑 and she let us stay in the lobby for a long time while waiting for our service to go to sapa. you can also take a shower 🚿 for free.. 🥰 overall the service is 100%.

Great storage facility! The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire process was smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their belongings.

we put our luggage early morning, the reception is great, they help us with the luggage because the storage is in the second floor (we chose siva luxury hotel) and everything went well

the hotel’s reception was so kind. we have no issues we waited for a while because we’re waiting for our pick up to sapa. the location is very convienent as well. its also near cafe giang. just one block away

Safe and secure site. I used High Five Hostel Hanoi in the old quarter for this. Just show the voucher and take a picture of the token associated with your bag/luggage and collect it later. Smooth experience.

We got lost and even pay additional on the Grab driver. I didn’t realized that there two separate address indicated though they are on the same street. When I booked it says Whalo Luggage but actually no indication of the said name outside. It only shows about the hotel name and that’s it. I didn’t received a notification should there be any changes. Though the people inside are accommodating.
