菜色選擇性很少，性價比不高。上盤的水果，還沒退冰。我拿回座位吃了兩輪。才能開吃，其他食物口味一如既往的比較鹹口味，提供的泡麵口味挺不錯吃，但比起外面餐廳。 旁邊的food court 比較好吃。便宜大概一半。唯一可以吃的是煎牛肉塊，除此之外。還好～～～可以不用花錢買

counter wasn’t able to scan the QR code provided by Klook. not sure what went wrong but counter staff took very very long to o manuelly get it settled. was able to get a seat pretty fast and selection was decent . if only charging pod is easily avail, there will be great

Absolutely miserable experience... Never again. All we wanted was a nice place to relax before a flight, a meal and a shower. The lounge in the ad in the "what to expect" photos looked great. What we got was a nightmare. Clearly this lounge is over ooked by multiple companies like look as the first thing we were met with was a very long queue, which took an hour just to get in the door, where we then found out there was no shower, no massage chairs, it wasn't even a lounge, more like an overcrowded food hall. Can't even say what the food was like because by the time we got in there we had 15 minutes left before we had to start heading to our gate. Klook said we could claim because we'd been smart enough to pay extra for "satisfaction guarantee" but only refunded 30% of the purchase price. NOT Satisfied.

This was a horrendous experience. I would not recommend this service ever. There was a substantial line up for the lounge. I did not even gain access after paying and waiting for so long. I got nothing for my money. I have had good experiences with Klook prior to this. There were no cautions around demand, in fact I see Klook were selling this experience at a discount today which may have impacted my terrible waste of money and no access at all even for one minute as the line up was so long,
