Tur de o zi la Takayama și Shirakawa-go, sit al Patrimoniului Mondial, din Nagoya

I found the Takayama and Shirakawago day trip wonderfully rewarding. Takayama’s old-town charm, local crafts, and warm hospitality paired perfectly with Shirakawago’s serene, storybook-like gassho-zukuri houses. The journey felt smooth, scenic, and genuinely enriching—an ideal blend of culture, history, and breathtaking landscapes.

Since these locations are over two hours from Nagoya by car, it is definitely worth joining a local tour. The guide was excellent—responsible, well-organized, and provided plenty of free time, which was more than enough for the visit. I loved the first stop the most, it is well worth the trip. The 'Silver Clock' meeting point is very easy to find, and the maps and suggestions provided by the guide were detailed and easy to follow. They also set up WhatsApp and WeChat groups to ensure seamless communication throughout the day.

나고야역에 도착하시면 서쪽 파출소를 찾으면 된다. 구글지도와 역무원 도움이면 어렵지않게 찾을 수 있다. 정말 많은 투어의 모임장소이다. 8시30분에 정확히 출발했고 약 1시간30여분 후에 휴게소에서 15분간 정차. 그리고 11시10분에 다카야마에 도착. 2시간 자유시간(점심시간포함) 아침시장은 깨끗한 개천 바로옆 도로에 아주 작게 열려있다. 생각보다 2시간은 결코 긴 시간이 아니었다. 유명 맛집은 기본 대기시간이 있고 식사시간까지 고려하면 거리를 즐길 시간은 1시간 정도였다. 그래서 대부분의 맛집은 나고야에서도 충분히 즐길 수 있으므로 길거리 간식이나 도시락을 이용하는게 좋겠다는 생각을 했다. 미야가와 강(크지 않은 개천)은 너무 깨끗하고 커다란 물고기까지 흐르는 멋진 곳. 산마치거리는 교토 못지않은 옛스러움이 가득한 곳이다. 관광객이 많아 사진찍기 불편함도 있지만 시간적 여유가 없어 충분히 즐기지 못한 아쉬움이 더 크다. 그렇게 2시간은 정말 후딱 지나간다. 시라카와고까지는 1시간거리. 이곳에서도 2시간 자유시간. 전날까지 비가 내려서인지 하늘과 햇살은 주변의 푸릇함과 더불어 완벽한 시야를 만들어냈다. 낯선 풍경과 집들은 즐거움을 선사하기엔 충분했으나 많은 집들이 실제 주민이 거주하는 곳이라 멋진 사진이 담기진 않아 조금 아쉬운 느낌이 있다. 그리고 가장 큰 아쉬움은 전날 전망대 주변에서 곰이 나와 관광객 여러명이 부상당하는 사고가 발생해 전망대 출입이 통제되어 올라가지를 못한 것이다. 그리고 이곳은 그늘이 많지 않아 쉴곳이 충분하지 않다. 어르신들과 아이를 동반하는 분들은 참고. 이곳의 아이스크림은 다카야마의 아이스크림보다 훨씬 깊은 맛을 낸다. 이곳 푸딩과 아이스크림으로 유명한 한 가게는 줄이 장난 아니다. 약 4시 15분에 출발 중간에 휴게소 포함 나고야역에 6시40분경에 도착했다. 기회가 되면 다시한번 와보고 싶은 아쉬움들이 남은 투어였다. 추천.

雖然是夏天的合掌村，但是風景還是很不錯，星期一的遊客也不算少，去程分別2小時車程抵達宮川朝市、高山老街(中停休息站15分鐘)，停留2小時後，1小時車程抵達合掌村，停留2小時，16時10分離開，回到名古屋車站大約6點40分(中停休息站15分鐘)。這次報名2大2小，經評估包含租車費用油錢跟過路費，決定參加一日遊，後來想想覺得是正確的決定，因為車上可以一直睡覺休息，也不用擔心路不熟或無法完全理解意思的交通標示。日本司機開車非常平穩，領隊小姐中英日文流利，是個年輕的女生小朱，非常感謝她幫忙讓易暈車體質的兒子坐在前排，還好沒在車上抓兔子，沒給大家添麻煩。另外出發的日子是日本七夕，可能比較沒那麼熱門(合掌村的布丁也不用排隊)，團員坐不滿半台車，人少集合速度很快，往往可以提早出發，所以旅遊品質還不錯。一天可以去到2個還不錯的景點，我覺得比自駕划算一些，值得推薦。

Unforgettable Shirakawa-go Experience! The entire trip was well-organized—from the comfortable transportation to the knowledgeable, kind and friendly tour guide Kaku-san who gave us information in our tour and recommended us delicious foods. He also speaks different languages fluently. He was an amazing tour guide! Shirakawa-go itself was breathtaking. The traditional gassho-zukuri houses surrounded by lush mountains looked like something out of a fairytale. We had enough free time to explore the village, take photos, and even try some delicious local snacks. The itinerary was smooth and not rushed. I appreciated how everything was taken care of, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want to witness the charm of this UNESCO World Heritage site!

Despite the summer heat, I truly enjoyed soaking in the beauty of the nature. The tour was well organized, timely, the bus was clean and cool with the A/C, and I was happy to see more countryside areas of Gifu. Really no complaints, just wish we had more than 120 minutes at each location. Leaves around 8:00 and gets back 18:30

Takayama and Shirakawa-go are both wonderful places to experience but honestly a day tour for both doesn't really give you enough time to slowly enjoy all that both locations offer. Our guide was quite informative and supplied good recommendations for the locations. Again, my gripe was not having enough time to take in all that the towns offer.

It was an experience to visit both Takayama and Shirakawa Go. The tour guide and the driver were both very polite and attentive. We were also brief by the tour guide on the walking routes and where are the best spot to take our pictures for both of the places. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Takayama Old Town had such a nostalgic Edo-period vibe, and Shirakawa-go’s traditional gassho-zukuri houses were stunning. The tour was well organized and worth every minute.

The Takayama and Shirakawa trip is perfect for those with limited time who still want to see everything. It’s a fun day trip, and the guide can speak three languages—English, Chinese, and Japanese—all in one person. They explain things clearly and keep you informed throughout the trip, and everything runs on time. For me, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I was able to capture many beautiful photos on this trip.
