Croazieră Grand Pioneer 3D2N: Turul Golfului Ha Long și Golfului Lan Ha

We made the best decision picking Grand Pioneers II (the newer ship) after seeing other boats in Halong Bay. From pick up near the hotel , transfer to the boat, itinerary (if you wanted to do any), the food, our butler Lam, the services were all outstanding. Great experience and value for money. Very highly recommended.

even we were transfer to sea star cruise. we were very satisfied by there accommodating staff. very hospitable people. very nice foods from breakfast to dinner. there rooms are with balcony very quiet comfortable bed. you won’t regret staying for 3 days 2 nyts in this cruise ships. very wonderful experience.

We had an incredible experience on the Grand Pioneer for three days and two nights. The services were impeccable, and the food was exquisite, with each meal meticulously prepared. A special thank you goes to Aaron for arranging our transportation from and to Hanoi. We truly appreciate everything, Aaron.

We are very pleased with the services provided on the cruise ship especially there was specific staff allocated to serve us throughout all meals and the staff was really attentive to our needs. The itineraries planned were also just nice, not too tight or hectic. Only feedback is that the internet connection was quite bad, so we couldn’t really watch any YouTube etc. Will be excellent if cable tv is available on the boat.

Victor of the local agent STravel offered the client orientated service i was looking for from a travel agent. He was able to address my needs and expectations to make my trip more personalized when the offer by Klook was that restrictive and not accommodating. Halong bay was so beautiful and a 3D2N trip could barely allow us to explore enough of it. But you'd not regret visiting there in a high-end cruise with well arranged meals, activities and excursions. Could be better if not visiting caves again and again but staying longer at some beaches.

Maddie has been amazing at helping us organise everything. Management and staff at Grand Pioneer 2 have been just the best. Our waiter Boo was absolutely amazing at taking care of us. We highly recommend doing the 3days 2nights cruise :)

Everything is as good as it looks in the pictures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The itinerary was good. You can also choose to stay on the boat if you don’t want to participate.

Great experience altogether! Had a lovely time with my husband on the boat and saw some great views! The food on the main boat was great!
