We did the trip with Rana and he was amazing in helping us navigate the itinerary. Very patient with us. Although we busted our budgeted time almost every place as we were traveling with my mother who is 74 and son who is 8. Although this was a Hakone trip he helped is get an amazing view of Mt Fuji! he also accomodated to extend our trip by a couple of hours for a small fee to help us complete the itinerary while ensuring the pace was comfortable. i will definitely recommend this operator and especially Rana. he knew all the nice places to visit and is also an ace photographer.
Rana offer excellent service with a lot of patience. perfectly communicates in English. very detailed instructions and recommendations.
We booked a tour and had the pleasure of being driven by Ali. we were shown many places and took many photos. we highly recommend Klook and Ali. we would def book again.
Rana was wonderful! He took us to all the amazing stops we wanted to go and gave great advice on timing and order to do things to avoid long lines. we got to see the Hakone Shrine, rode the ropeway, ate the black eggs, rode the pirate ship and even got to go an amazing onsen for a relaxing finish to the day! TJ was a great host who kept to the schedule and even planned the day based on least crowd and the best way to maximize experience, he waited for us patiently on each spot and even kindly took photos of us (couple). This is our first anniversary trip and just before sunset we saw multiple places without stress and made everlasting memories! this is worth the tour!
We just finished our day trip to Hakone with Ali. What a fantastic day! Ali’s suggestion to leave earlier worked out great since we avoided traffic leaving Tokyo and got to spend more time in Hakone. Our first stop to the Hakone Shrine was fabulous since we were the only ones there. After that, Ali was really accommodating and took us to the Mishima Skywalk which was probably the highlight of our day trip. We wrapped up our trip taking the Hakone Ropeway up to Owakadani followed by a calm and serene time aboard a pirate ship on Lake Ashi. Huge thanks to Ali for taking such good care of my family in Hakone.
Farrukh is an excellent driver and guide. He was knowledgeable about the itinerary and all of the sights. He was also helpful in getting my husband and myself to the places of our choice, recommended other options, and made sure we were having a memorable time. We had a great experience! Our driver Farruh picked us up on time, set our journey up and drove to all touristic points. He kindly took us up to entrance points and gave details how to explore the places. He also adjusted the time as needed. The vehicle was comfortable. Everything worked well. Reconmend the trip
Guide Rana was polite, friendly and helpful when deciding what we could realistically do on a day when the ropeway was particularly busy. Flexible and stayed in touch. Vehicle was spacious, clean and cool. Transfer door to door definitely made the day easier!
We chose the day tour of Hakone, we got picked up from Tokyo and were dropped at our accommodation at Hakone after the day of touring. During the tour we saw lots of great sights, ropeway, cruise, open air museum. Sam our driver was great, easy communication via WhatsApp helped for drop and pick ups. It was nice working to our own time frame enjoying each activity for as long as we chose. Ended up booking another days trip for Mount Fuji
