every one gets to sit on the floor to “make” the tarts when the key ingredients are already prepared for you and you just put them together. anyway, it’s a good thing that they mentioned that they are willing to share their recipes via email.

Fun experience making our own tarts and trying freshly baked tarts with a freshly brewed pot of tea. Would be good if we can even learn how to make the dough and pineapple filling.

Great experience! The session started with a presentation introducing of the company and its background. After that, we moved on to making pineapple tarts. The dough and fillings were already pre-prepared, we just need to followed the instructions provided. Staff members were walking around to assist, making the process very easy. The whole activity took less than 30 minutes. While waiting for the pineapple tarts to bake, a tea brewing session where we were guided on how to appreciate the tea properly. As we enjoyed the tea, our pineapple tarts finished baking. The staff then handed out paper plates so we could enjoy the piping hot pineapple tarts immediately (which smelled absolutely heavenly), or we could choose to pack them in a box to bring home.

quite a fun and enlightening event. the tart is delicious and the tea is very fragrant. wish the merlion mould is more prominent. 😔

no recipe given, participants are required to sit on the floor and climb to the third floor. not suitable for people with mobility issues. pineapple tarts are not nice and the merlion imprint doesn't stay after baking. not much instructor guides. tea experience is not interesting and informative.
