2025年12月21日參加這一天團，因手機數據卡問題未能即時入到Klook app 當地導遊非常樂助，馬上打開熱點給我們搜索。後來發現原來我們是在對面馬路那架旅遊車的團🤣非常之感謝他的幫忙👍🏻在車上我們有叫阿Sam的靚仔導遊帶領我們走,他精通六國語言👍🏻英文講得非常動聽👍🏻每到之處均為我們提供詳細的介紹景點的故事及當地的文化，跟着他旅行是一件賞心樂事👍🏻而且對我們非常照顧😍很開心，除了看到我們想參觀的景點，還親身參與當地的聖誕巡遊，氣氛非常之和諧及喜悅🥳很值得參加👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The local tour guide Matteo was very knowledgeable about not just the Bruges and Ghent but also the country of Belgium. He was very engaging when we are on the road, sharing with us many interesting facts about the history and culture of Belgium. Matteo was speaking at a comfortable pace all the time, and made sure everybody in the group was taken care of. The itinerary did not feel rushed at all as we had time for self-guided exploration at both Bruges and Ghent.
David was good looking and adorable! I would have kissed him but no! hehe. there were long walks in Bruges and Ghent but it's worth it. My family and I enjoyed the trip!
It was our first time in Belgium and this tour did not fail. This is worth it. Matteo our tour guide is funny and very knowledgeable and can give you tips where to eat and where to buy souvenirs that are cheap. Renato our bus driver drives smooth. The tour at Brugge is fun and the chocolate making part is educational. Gent was not really fun for me but if you like city life with historical aspects, this is good. The cruise ride on the river was enjoyable also. May because the tour guide (Johann) was funny
The tour guide and driver were professional, friendly, and provided exceptional service. The breathtaking scenery made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for an immersive journey!

ブルージュとヘントの訪問の予定は逆になりましたが、どちらも訪れて良かったと思える素晴らしい景色でした。ヘントでは、ゴンドラに乗ってゆっくりと観光できました。ブルージュは街全体が世界遺産と言うこともありどこをとっても絵になる街でした。ガイドさんは、1つ予定を飛ばして解散してしまいましたが、後でもう一度ガイドしてくださいました。個人で行くのは大変なので、こちらのツアーはオススメです。
導遊解說的很好！如果有來比利時一定要去這兩個地方，但如果時間充裕的話，我覺得可以自行安排比較不會很趕

전반적인 일정은 좋았고 겐트 보트투어의 가이드도 좋은 정보를 제공했음. 다만 사전예고없이 영어관광객과 다른 언어를 섞어 진행이 매끄럽지 못했고 가이등의 영어가 명료하지 못했고 충분한 설명이부족했음
