Rinul Fals cu Chocolarium și Fabrica de Brânză Appenzell din Zurich

Era târziu când am ajuns la muzeul brânzei, așa că nu a existat nicio demonstrație despre prepararea brânzei.

we didn’t get to see the production at the chocolarium. the chocolarium was almost closing so we even didn’t enjoy shopping since the sales people are about to leave. we should at least get a partial refund for that part of the tour. I feel that if we didn’t come back to zurich to drop off some of the tour participants on rhine falls, we would have made it on time. about a couple of hours wasted for that trip back to zurich

The Klook Itinerary clearly stated that departure was 9 am and that we should be there 15 minutes before departure time. We were in the meeting stop on time and waited for an hour looking for the driver and bus. The operator was not listed in the board, so we went to each bus looking for the operator, but driver was a no show. We met another couple who was supposed to be in the same tour and there itinerary also showed 9 am. They tried to call the operator but the operator could not be reached. We asked the other bus station operators and one of them said that keytour operator was just a minibus who would pass by to pick up some passengers, that is probably why we could not find them on the board. I emailed the operator and we were told that departure was 8:15am, but the itinerary said 9am. We wasted precious time on this non-tour. I suggest you book with another operator instead for your protection and peace of mind. There were many legit tour operators with big buses at the bus stop. Wish we knew this and booked directly with them. Really bad experience with this tour operator and wasted our precious time in Zurich. I am still waiting for my refund from Klook.
