Our travel guide, Miss Trang was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Her English skill was excellent, which made it really easy to understand and learned all about the traditional techniques and processes of conical hat making and incense manufacturing. Our driver was professional and experienced, making the travel safe as traffic in Ha Noi was super busy. Thank you so much Miss Trang and anh Thanh!! We really enjoyed the tour especially painting the conical hats.

We have Thomas as our half day tour guide for the day. He pick us up on time and start the day punctually, in fact he reached few minutes earlier than expected. He’s friendly, informative and very well spoken English. He’s also very skillful in helping us to takes photos along the way. The itinerary is not too rush and we have plenty of time to explore and see the sights. Highly recommended to those who want to learn and understand more on the making of insence and traditional hand made hat. I have also recommended this to few of my friends, a relaxing trip rather than a rushing trip I had days before, some trip are just too rush but this one is perfect. A fluent and informative guide plays an important role in the tour as well, thank you Thomas! We really enjoyed the trip!

Everything was perfect! Transportation was smooth, our tour guide Kane has very good communication skills and was knowledgeable - we learned a lot. He was good in explaining Vietnamese tradition and culture. He also took great pictures!! Would definitely recommend!!

andrew는 이제껏 만난 가이드중에 영어 발음이 가장 좋았어요. 제가 영어를 잘 못해서 못알아들을때는 번역기를 돌려 주었어요 ^^;;. 앤드류는 잘 설명했지만 제가 부족했네요 ㅎㅎ 향공장을 다 보고나서 사진을 찍는데 쨍하게 잘 나오네요 멋졌어요. 지루할 틈 없이 모자 만드는곳가서 설명듣고 색도 꾸며 보았어요. 아이들이 재밌어 했어요. 사진도 높은곳에 올라가서 잘 찍어주었어요. 픽업 연락도 그 전날 저녁에 카카오톡으로 연락주고, 아침에 늦지않게 찾아오셨어요. 오전 투어로는 좋은것 같아요. 많이 알려져있지 않지만 사진찍기에는 최고예요!

Martin was a great tour guide! was very knowledgeable about the incense village and the concial hat village. Highly recommend this tour if you don’t want to spend the whole day at an excursion. Martin also recommended us with some great food spots after the tours, went above and beyond.
