因为订的晚，从淘宝上看，19日的游船380左右，经过筛选，终于找到了这家店，原来担心价格便宜有没有问题，后来证明完全多虑了。游艇是和谐号，五星，三层，设备很新。旅途从团州码头出发，按计划一步没差。导游很专业，各个地点也留出了充足的时间。还在船上遇到一位外国友人聊了一路。总之，这是非常绝妙的一次体验。可以闭眼冲。

WOW! 玩足一天的行程，導遊講解清楚，而且十分有趣。行程時間管理非常好，每個景點都有足夠時間遊覽。唯獨饍食方面有待改善，回程的小食party只有水果及餅乾，氣氛也一般，略有不足。

前一天下午通知換船，行程不變，蠻好的旅程。

Buffet dishes can be improved a lot. Most of the dishes are too bland. Half of the dishes are never refilled and some people seemed to have prior experience and took a lot at the start before others can even enjoy. It seems like first come first serve. If you are late, food is gone, especially seafood. Tour guide would be better if he rechecks whether everyone is following him and not get lost. Apart from those, it is a great experience.

HarmonyではなくてDiamond Eraに船が変わったものの、全く問題なく楽しく過ごせました。ガイドもしっかりした英語で分かりやすかったです。

We had an enjoyable tour at Halong Bay. Tim, our guide, was very knowledgeable of the place and he was very helpful and polite to the participants. This trip was very memorable.

We recently visited Ha Long Bay and had a mixed experience. The crew, especially Mr. Addy and guide Eddy, were attentive. The cabin was clean and the food was great. 🚤 Unfortunately, our Luon Cave visit was ruined by loud, disrespectful behavior from a Chinese tour group. Their guide swayed the boat dangerously. We raised concerns, but staff responded dismissively 🤷‍♀️. 🏝️ Sung Sot Cave was beautiful and well-organized. 🚫 Ti Top Beach was overcrowded, smoky, and noisy—not enjoyable at all. 🚌 On the return, we were suddenly told to switch buses without warning. Our belongings were still on the original bus, and the new one dropped us on the street far from our hotel. A heads-up would have helped, even with traffic issues. ✅ Overall, the views and staff were great, but poor crowd management and communication affected the experience.
