One thing is you should probably do is to wait until after 2:00 p.m. and maybe eat at a fancy restaurant. The restaurants have tea specials then. If you are at Central around lunch, then you might want to just watch for the "march of the bankers." The restaurants are empty at 11:30. At 12:00, all of the bankers leave and the place becomes a madhouse, then at 1:00 they start going back to work and at 2:00 p.m. the place is relatively deserted. One eating recommendation is to go to the fourth floor of Landmark. There is a three-star Michelin French restaurant called L'Atelier De Joel Robuchon. At Wan Chai (two subway stops) there is a small computer mall, and there is always something going on at the Convention Center. There is an observational floor at the International Commerce Center on the Kowloon side in Tsimsatsui. You can also stop at Chungking Mansions. Lots of cheap Indian food.
