Din păcate, am suferit o accidentare gravă în timpul turului, dar șoferul nostru pentru a doua zi, Alif, a avut mare grijă de mine. Nu am putut participa la activitatea de „island hopping” din cauza accidentului pe care l-am avut, însă toți șoferii pe care i-i am avut au fost foarte amabili și punctuali, și totul a fost perfect!

even though they made a slight error in the order of itenery, they replaced it! punctuality and professional services present. one car to fetch 2 of us on island tour which is very good. highly recommended!

Firstly No clarity on 1/2 day ( 3hrs) trip and Full day ( 8) hours trip despite sought details thru email. Secondly I was taken to Maha tower @10 am When tge tower opens @12 noon. Secondly In the absence of places to be visited neither there was schedule made available to me nor the drivers know. This messed up these 1 and Half day. though the package was good and vale for money, Could have been excellent trip, if trip details are made available. I had to spend 350 RM on a 2 hour tour ( not worth) as driver on day 2 took me there. I could have purchased sharing tour of this if I was aware of the schedule. Appreciate Driver Mr Syed who was very nice and cordial. As regards the oprator Exotic Asia team , they are very prompt and kind to share program upfront and helped in making the tour a memorable one. Thanks to all at Exotic Asia and Klook team. I could see a very nice person at klook Mr Dayang M, Klook Customer Experience Specialist. My thanks to Mr Dayang for his customer care.

Value for money and very friendly and helpful driver. This package is recommended for anyone who's looking for a hassle free trips in Langkawi.

The coordinator does not communicate well in English and if you ask any question, the answer is always replied with the standard template. I will not recommend this tour to any international tourist unless you speak Malay. The only good thing is the drivers are very friendly and most of them are pretty accommodating
