La ce să vă așteptați
Lângă Turnul Galata, învață ritualul complet al cafelei turcești, de la bob la ceașcă. Selectează-ți boabele de cafea și macină-le manual într-o râșniță tradițională. Apoi prepară-ți cafeaua încet pe nisip fierbinte într-un cezve de cupru, urmărind cum spuma se ridică exact cum trebuie.
După ce te bucuri de cafea, închide ceașca și învață ghicitul în cafea turcesc. Instructorul tău te învață cum să citești simbolurile și modelele, o tradiție distractivă care face parte din cultura turcă de secole.
Instructorii te ghidează în turcă, engleză sau rusă. Ceai turcesc proaspăt și rahat turcesc servite pe tot parcursul. Vei gusta, de asemenea, cafea Menengiç fără cofeină, o băutură turcească unică, cu gust de nucă.

We arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and were served Turkish tea while waiting, which was such a nice touch. To our surprise, it ended up being just the 2 of us in the workshop! It felt like a private, relaxed session. shout out to Rustam for patiently answering all our questions (we had many lol), while Hussein also joined us. Although it was meant to be 2 hours, we stayed almost 2.5 hours because we were having so much fun. We learned about Turkish coffee history, ground the beans ourselves, tried pistachio coffee (so good I bought some to bring home!), and even enjoyed the fortune-telling session. We also received a small souvenir, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience in Istanbul! PS: Rustam, don’t overwork yourself! ⭐️
llham was a great and engaging teacher! We made a cup of Turkish coffee and learned how to read the coffee grounds — such a fun and unique experience. At the end, we even got a small bag of coffee and a cup as a gift. Highly recommended!

Loved the workshop. If you are looking to engage in local experience and understand the culture of the place, this is a must do. Our instructor Ahmet was amazing and shared so many interesting stories along with teaching us the skill.
It was in total a great experience. Got to know about the technique and history associated. Our host David is a great person and very skilled. In total a value for money experience and a must try thing.
Learning how to make Turkish coffee was so interesting! The part of boiling the coffee in the hot sand was very satisfying.
Ahmet was our instructor and he is very friendly and knowledgeable about Turkish coffee. There were no others booking the same slot as us so we basically had a private session and nice chit chat with him.

I had such a great time at the Turkish coffee class! Aziz made everything super easy to understand and shared so many cool tips and stories about the history behind it. It felt more like hanging out with a friend who’s really good at coffee. I loved how hands-on it was, and now I feel confident making my own Turkish coffee at home. Definitely recommend if you’re into coffee or just want to try something new and fun!!
