this was the best buffet i’ve ever had. i went with my family of 6 adults and everyone was so full after. the seafood was so fresh, oysters were shucked on the spot and you can choose how you wanted your seafood cooked. shashimi was fresh, the tempura was delicious. there was meat too but the seafood topped it. definitely a must try!

We had the CNY afternoon tea at Parkroyal KL. Really nice place, with a live pianist, but practically deserted - we were the only ones there on a Saturday afternoon. Price is on the lower end of hotel afternoon teas, with Klook's discount. Worth the money in terms of quantity, but the taste averages out to generally good. Nice presentation, but they also swapped out a couple of items without telling us - not so good because one of us is pescatarian and she ended up not being able to eat one of the swapped items, which was a duck mantou bun. She could have eaten everything on the original menu. The staff there also blur, including the manager who had to call the kitchen to verify the changes. The staff definitely tried their best when you could get their attention, but aside from not knowing their own afternoon tea menu, they also couldn't swap our butter for jam (apparently, there was none to be had in the hotel). Overall, I don't regret trying once, but it won't be a priority to go back again.

Price wise a lil bit pricey but the foods selection are awesome. I ate a lots of lobsters, and oyster. ohh and they have live fresh prawn in aquarium. you can catch them by yourselves and have them cooked according to your choices ( there’s 4 types of cooking) the let down is the selection of drinks. not much, expect if you willing to pay extra.

great selection of foods. they have fresh oysters and seafood. love it! not so much crowd and the service was good. some of the foods taste okay okay but the ice cream selection kinda disappoint me.

First of all, the food varieties are little, so you will get boring very fast after a while. Secondly, for that level of 5 stars hotel buffet, the drinks option is really pathetic. You only have coffee, plain water or cranberries juice. Thirdly, they reduced from 3 types of oysters to just 2 types of oysters. Overall, we just feel the buffet is not worth the price at all. Just doesn't live up to its hype.

The spread is quite nice. The ambience, lighting and songs are cool. If there’s anything to improve, since I went during peak season of christmas, its full house and it can get a bit hot when its packed. I was sweating a lot while eating. could be nice if the temperature of the air conditioning is increased.
