we took the 9.15am ferry, it's not too crowded and the safety briefing was precise. the crew helped to spot the whales and we had 20 mins of whale viewing time before we said farewell to the the giant sea mammals. The boat was quite distanced from the whales, without a powerful camera it's looks pretty tiny. see the tiny fish using handphone vs the bigger ones using a camera. Overall, we thank God for the nice weather and good show-off by the whales. experience:great safety:good location: satisfactory, Abit far instructor: knowledgeable, whales do not eat during migration.

We encountered a whale just next to our boat for 15-20 minutes. The staff explained a lot about the whale, and they even spotted another at two or three places. We also experienced a real mugging when they positioned our boat, and the whale turned towards your boat so that it couldn't move. It was a very rare experience we encountered. The team was professional; the ship was very clean. Once we reached the harbor, they offered us tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Overall, it was a good experience and a must-do. They ensure that we get to see the whales.

너무나도 기대했던 고래 워칭 결과는 대만족!!! 모임 장소를 못 찾을까봐 걱정했는데 한눈에 알아보기 쉽게 부스가 설치되어 있었고 직원 분들이 너무 친절하게 안내해주심! 보트에는 40명 정도 탑승해서 널널했고 멀미는 안나서 다행이였음! 다만 햇빛이 강하니 썬크림 필수! 고래는 두시간 정도 봤고 10번 정도 본 듯! 고래 설명도 잘 해주심😆! 귀여운 돌고래도 우리 배를 따라와서 정말 즐거웠음! 돌아가는 길엔 따듯한 차랑 핫초코도 제공해주심! 리뷰보고 잘 고른 업체라 대만족!

Were able to see the whales up close and early so was well worth the strong winds. Ride could be rough at times as expected. Definitely need a tight cap. Even in good weather it could get a bit cold. But seeing whales up close makes everything worth it

Excellent trip to see lots of whales off the shores of Sydney, plus Benny the Seal chilling outside Sydney Opera House! Nice spacious boat, timing as per schedule, very value for money!

the crew members are friendly and polite. during the trip there’s live documentary about the whales and other sea creatures. hot drinks provided as promised. plenty seats inside and outside of the cruise. love every moment of whale watching! remember to bring sunscreen and sunglass as it might get hot in the afternoon!

這是一次非常理想的觀鯨之旅，強烈推薦！我們出海大約一小時，船長就憑著豐富的經驗找到了鯨魚的蹤跡，而且非常幸運地看到了兩條！看著牠們在海中優雅翻身，那畫面真的非常震撼和感動。 我特別欣賞船員的專業態度。他們在過程中不僅為我們講解了很多關於鯨魚的有趣資訊，還特別強調他們會與鯨魚保持安全的距離，以保護這些溫柔的巨獸，這種尊重生態的營運方式讓我們非常安心。 設備： 船上設施也很周到，除了必備的救生衣，還準備了嘔吐袋。回程時，在寒冷的海風中，船員遞上了一杯溫暖的熱飲，這個小舉動真的非常貼心！ 最後，給未來參加者的兩個真心建議： 1. 務必提前吃暈船藥。海上風浪難免，做好準備才能全程舒適地享受。 2. 一定要穿厚外套！冬天的海風加上航行速度，體感溫度非常低，保暖非常重要。 總之，這是一趟安排周到、充滿驚喜又富有教育意義的旅程，滿分推薦！

Omg!!! I was super happy as I get to see the whales!!! 🐋 Such an amazing morning! 🌅 The cruise operator will inform you to eat motion sickness pill (do note this is not provided there, you have to self bring) if you need to. I ate it and was perfectly fine throughout the cruise ride. I can’t imagine if I did not as I do see the sea waves was quite choppy at some point of time. They do provide you with vomit bags of required as well. For safety, life jacket is available on board but not required to put in on unless of emergency (which they will give guide at the beginning of the ride). At the end of the cruise ride, they offer hot chocolate / tea / coffee for free.
