Excursie privată de o zi la Alexandria din Cairo cu prânz

Călătoria noastră a început la ora 7:00 dimineața de la hotelul nostru de lângă aeroport. Șoferul domnul Sharif și ghidul domnul Ezz Eldeen ne-au însoțit. Pe drumul spre Alexandria, ghidul nostru ne-a oferit informații despre istoria Alexandriei. După ce am ajuns în Alexandria, șoferul nostru ne-a servit falafel, care a fost delicios. Apoi ne-am îndreptat spre primul nostru loc din Alexandria, numit Catacombele. Ghidul nostru ne-a oferit o scurtă prezentare și istorie despre loc, iar după aceea am mers la Coloana lui Pompei. După ce am terminat cele două locuri, am mers la Cetatea Qaitbay, unde ghidul nostru Ezz ne-a explicat semnificația Qaitbay-ului și istoria sa bogată, iar după ce am explorat locul, am mers la următoarea noastră destinație, Biblioteca din Alexandria. Biblioteca era imensă și foarte frumoasă. Suntem recunoscători șoferului și ghidului nostru, care ne-au oferit o experiență minunată în Alexandria.

Had an amazing day with Mig, he was great and patient all along in answering all our questions. Also his English was great which made it ver easier for us to follow! We were travelling with a baby and it felt very comfortable and welcoming. I would say this was one of the best tour I had in egypt as the lunch place was also awesome sea facing !! Thanks to the company and tour guide for making this trip memorable

Confirmation and details were sent to me right after booking. The tour driver, Sharif, picked me up on time in his clean and well-maintained car. He drove carefully and made sure I was comfortable. He also pointed out a few areas we passed by. On our way to Alexandria, he bought some local oranges for me to try and before he dropped me off at my hotel at the end of the tour, he even bought some drinks and snacks for me. Rewan, my tour guide, met us as soon as we arrived in Alexandria. She shared information about the sites we visited in a soft-spoken manner and gave me enough time to explore on my own. She also made sure to ask if I want her to take my photo since I was traveling alone. The restaurant she chose and her food recommendation was also top notch. Despite the traffic and big crowd in Alexandria today, Sharif and Rewan made the day trip fun and enjoyable.

We had a most wonderful tour with Sherif today. He came on time and picked us up in his clean and well maintained car. From the minute he met us he was gentle, kind and accommodating. Sherif regaled us with stories about the agriculture, important parts of Egypt and Cairo and so much more till we reached Alexandria and met Rewan our guide. We truly believed that he was our guide! Extremely patient, cheerful, and so detailed in his explanations. He took us to see all the sights, while Rewan very wonderfully explained all the details and regaled us with her information. Sherif found parking wherever need be, gave us helpful local tips, took us for lunch, to a perfumery additionally and finally on the drive home, got us cake and helped us find good shawarma, both of which he remembered I'd enquired about! He even got us oranges when he heard us speak excitedly about the orange fields and agriculture! He's been the best tour driver we've ever had and we're very grateful for him. Highly recommend this tour!

(Legit, informative, fun, memorable) My mother and I decided to visit Alexandria from Cairo on 19/12/24. Truthfully we had some doubts considering that we booked this trip through Klook on the night of 18/12/24 (insanely last minute) but the trip ended up being far more memorable than we initially thought! Firstly, the driver who fetched us from our hotel, Mr Ahmed, was on time. He was very friendly and informative too which made the 2 hours 30 minutes trip from Cairo to Alexandria less boring as he entertained us with our questions about Egypt. Upon our arrival to Alexandria, we were greeted by our tour guide, Ms Rewan Atef. Not only that she was very soft spoken, but her English was very good too. She was also knowledgeable and insightful, especially about the places we visited that day (probably because its her hometown). Both of the driver and the tour guide are very tolerant so the trip felt warm and welcoming. They already informed that the package did not include the entrance fee but most of the places are cashless so please prepare your debit/credit card. Also, there are student discounts available so if you or your siblings or your childrens do have an active student card then make sure to show it to them to get the student price. Overall I'd humbly give the experience a 9.5/10. (-0.5 because I want to spend more time at some of the places).

Șoferul și ghidul pe care i-am întâlnit în excursia de o zi la Alexandria au fost amândoi excelenți. Șoferul a fost foarte răbdător, așteptându-ne dimineața la hotel, iar pe parcurs ne-a indicat proactiv locuri de odihnă și magazine de unde puteam cumpăra apă. A avut o atitudine zâmbitoare și foarte amabilă pe tot parcursul drumului. Ghidul, Mig, vorbea engleza fluent și avea cunoștințe profesionale bogate, explicând totul într-un mod foarte profesionist și răspunzând excelent la toate întrebările. Per total, a fost o experiență minunată, recomand!

Had 5 for 5 trip for sure. I can’t recommend Amgad as your guide enough. He’s a walking encyclopedia, ask him anything Egypt he’ll answer your question with great details- and slight added comedy too 🤣. Mohamed the driver was also such a kind hearted guy.
