Atelier de tatuaje de State of Shiok

It was quite a fun experience. The place where the workshop is held is a very small area with only 6 seatings. The person gave us a briefing on how to operate the tattoo machine and proceeded to stencil the template we chose from the wall. We were left pretty much alone for the next 2 hours. I won't consider this as a workshop, it was more of an experience. Still worth to go though.

It was a really fun and unique art jam! Shane was quite kind and answered all of our questions and even gave us some tips on using the needle. Love that there was something to take home too. The space was a little tricky to find, but overall, highly recommend.

The teacher was so amazing! had so much fun and a new found respect for all tattoo artists! 3 hours is definitely not enough but it was so fun!!!!! Highly recommended.

What a wonderful introduction to the art of ink. Jerome was patient and clear in his explanations on how to use the tattoo machine and applying different stroke techniques. The whole process was smooth and so much fun. Will definitely be returning for more sessions

The experience was really fun, but when I arrived at my reserved time, the store was actually closed! I had to wait outside in the scorching heat and couldn’t get in touch with them. They rescheduled me for a later time, but it messed up my plans, and I couldn’t fully enjoy the experience...
