I originally booked for three adults at 1 pm and 2 pm time slots, but our earlier tour was cancelled, so we arrived almost 3 hours early just to ask about adding a hair set for our later appointments. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The male in our group changed his mind due to the heat, but because we already paid through Klook, the staff were unable to refund. Instead, they offered a free hair set and free sun parasols to take with us around Kyoto. They accommodated us right away, even though our reservation was for much later. They had tons of beautiful options to choose from, and they were extremely kind and caring. Most spoke English fluently and were patient with my broken Japanese. They even offer free photo props and background to use in their store. We were very happy with the entire shop and felt quite comfortable. Thank you so much!

기모노+헤어 예약했는데 너무 만족해요!! 기모노 종류도 엄청 많았고 대부분 예쁜 기모노만 있었어요!! 저는 은은한 기모노가 좋아서 이걸로 골랐구요! 헤어 종류도 많아서 제일 잘나가는 3번으로 골라서 진행했습니다! 직원분들도 너무 다 친절하시고 헤어도 꼼꼼하게 해주셔서 하루종일 머리 안풀렸어요!! 그리고 6월에 날씨가 많이 더웠는데 시원한 여름소재 기모노도 있어서 비교적 덜 더웠네용!! 다음에 또 교토에 간다면 레이스 기모노 입어볼래용❤️❤️ 완전 강추! 아 참 그리고 예쁜 기모노 선점하고 싶다면 오전시간에 가는걸 추천드려요!! 오후에는 사람이 많아서 예쁜건 빨리 빠질거같아여!

Pentru cei care vin cu trenul Hankyu, acest magazin este chiar lângă râu, deci este probabil cel mai convenabil. Dacă veniți cu trenul JR, veți trece pe lângă multe magazine de kimono pe drum. Dar trebuie să spunem că calitatea țesăturilor de la acele magazine (cu excepția Mocomoco) părea inferioară kimono-urilor noastre de la acest magazin Aiwafuku. Extremely helpful staff. Janice has been so polite & kind in guiding me for all the steps. Hairstylist & the specialist helping me to put on my dress are pro!! If you are pregnant, they will pick you the right materials & tie it the right way for safety purpose. Loving it loads!!

I opted for a yukata since it was summer, and the weather was quite hot. Additionally, the hairstylist did an excellent job with my hair. They were meticulous and skilled, creating a hairstyle that perfectly complemented the yukata. The tea ceremony was so fun and interesting. We were guided through the traditional method of matcha making and enjoyed sweets and matcha.

The ladies were so kind and welcoming, they helped my daughter husband and I to choose our kimono, yukata, offering suggestions when asked. The were so talented and made us look and feel beautiful. we got lots of compliments as we walked round aryishima and even sent some new customers their way.

A fantastic and inclusive experience! The selection of kimonos and accessories is extensive and stunning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. As a Muslim visitor, I was especially grateful that the rental is in the same building as a prayer room, eliminating any stress about finding a place to pray.
