Tur de o jumătate de zi al orașului Bruges, sit UNESCO, cu puncte de atracție

The tour was really nice and interesting thanks to our guide Maria. She knew lots of history of Bruges and we learnt a lot. At the end she explained where the boat was to be taken and we could do a short chocolate tasting. For people who had a beer tasting she also explained where to go. I recommend this tour.

Our tour was led by J. K. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and enthusiastic. i cannot speak too highly of him. I wasn’t sure what to expect from our walking tour of Bruges, but the actual tour blew away any expectations. It was so much better even than I had hoped. I absolutely will book this tour again when I’m next in Bruges.

This was one of the best trip ...We were late due to Train cancellation from amsterdam ...but the guide was too good and allowed us to join from point 2 ..Also the kind of knowledge he pusued about the places was excellent .

10:30的行程要求提早15分鐘集合，也提早到達了；但同團有人遲到，卻在原地等了將近10分鐘，感覺很差。其他還不錯，觀光船可以選當天合適的時間搭乘。

overall was ok and the guide was nice and informed

The tour guide was nice but she only had 2 people reserved on her list while we reserved and paid for 9 adults and 2 children so we didn’t get to be on the tour at all. We couldn’t be added on the tour because they had reached the max amount of people. It was disappointing and unbelievable to be told that this kind of mistake had happened.

we were not able to ride the boat for the boat canal ride . after almost 2 hours of walking, 3 boat canal stations refused to give us a ride , they said they do not deal with Klook or Buendia tours . on our 3rd boat canal station who refused us a ride , we werre so tired and we were running out of time because we needed to catch a train towards Bruselles then back to Paris. We saw that the boat canal costs €15 , so i am demanding a refund of the boat canal ride and since we were 4 or we availed 4 coupons the refund shld be 15€ x 4 . not only that , we were denied of this wonderful experience of roding the boat , we were really looking forward to this activity and we were so frustrated with what happened. also , you shld indicate a landmark as to the meet up point, u just wrote to meet at carefour express but there were other carefour express .
