Experiență de preparare a ramenului Kabukicho

So glad I booked this ramen-making experience on the last day of my trip! It was fun, interactive, and the instructor was super friendly. She showed me how to make the broth from scratch and even typed the sauces I needed into my phone so I could go shopping afterwards and make ramen at home. The location was great too, with an amazing view of the Godzilla Head! Definitely recommend! instructor: my instructor was great and I met the second instructor too and she was friendly.

This class was amazing! I made spicy pork miso ramen and it was delicious. They provided a card with instructions that I was able to take pictures of so I'll definitely try to recreate this dish at home - that's how good it was! I would definitely recommend. 10/10 experience.

Amazing experience. Intructors are so nice and attentive, class was very easy and understandable. Great side quest for friends/family or even solo. Plus the ramen itself is amazing!

great people,informative and highly recomended.. please note this is easy class in an hour. prep for broth and the noodles not included but they will discuss how to make them. the photography is a mist to add during the session as the photos are so professionally done.. thumbs up for that guy i forgot hes name.

Harumi is an incredible teacher and made the class insightful and fun. Very rewarding learning the process and techniques of ramen—from the dough to the broth. Highly recommend !

Fun experience with my daughter & delicious Ramen.

Hinata ran a class for me and my partner, and it was excellent! the food was delicious, and the explanation was very interesting. His English was really good. Would recommend to any traveller :) It is inside a bar called Shinjuku Ale.
