The bus arrived on time, the seats were spacious, and the air-conditioning was good throughout the journey. The driver was professional and drove safely, which made the trip relaxing. Booking through Klook was very convenient, with clear instructions and easy boarding. Overall, it was a hassle-free and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this bus service to anyone traveling to Desaru.

Friendly driver picked us from the coach bay at Suntec and the guide that came on board after the customs was friendly too. We reached our 4 Points Hotel within 3 hours . It was a good choice as we could explore the local food and even night market while here and even had the shuttle bring us to the public beach

WTS Travel agent what's app me the night before and was very friendly and caring. 4 points Hotel was a good location that we could shop in the nearby mall known to the locals . On our way back, we had a chance to drop by Hard Rock who is less assessable and exclusive with a nearby beach and waterpark .Nevertheless we rather have local amenities nearby .

Bus arrived on time. Coordinator even WA earlier to provide assurance and confirmation of pick up. everything went on very smoothly. would recommend this for anyone heading to desaru!

優先レーンでイミグレーションをすいすいと進み、渋滞によるストレスがまったくありませんでした。また片道だけでしたが、三列シートでフットレストもあるゆったりとした座席で快適でした。四列の場合でも車内さほど混んでないので、隣席も使って過ごすことができました。トイレはないので、イミグレーションに寄った時に必ず行ったほうがいいです。行程は3時間程度です。

Very prompt and friendly driver. Smooth and comfortable ride . The coach we had was comfortable with great air- condition . My second time booking this. Driver was patient waiting and ensuring all were aboard and enquiries answered. Brought us all the way to Four points

Please don't be late and waste everyone's time. Coach tour guide asked us to gather at 2.30pm instead of 2.45pm. Pick us from Hard Rock Hotel > Legoland Hotel > Legoland Theme Park (4 passengers didn't turn up on time, their meet up time 4.45pm. Coach leave on 5.03pm) >JB Custom > Tuas Checkpoint > Jurong Venture Ave > Suntec T2.

Pick up point: Suntec City Tower 2. Meet up 8.45am. Coach leave on time at 9am. Suntec T2 > Tuas Checkpoint > JB Custom > Legoland Theme Park > Legoland Hotel > Four Points by Sheraton > 1 ulu hotel after Four Points > reached Hard Rock Hotel around 12 noon.

Very detailed and smooth communication throughout. I had a large coach so it was spacious and comfortable. Definitely value for money, as I was picked up from Four Points Hotel Lobby and it was the final pick-up point.
