I had a wonderful experience on the Dubai City Tour. The tour was very well-organized, and our guide, Francis, was excellent—efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the day. What made the tour truly special was how it highlighted both sides of Dubai: the charm of the old city with its traditional souks and historic sites, and the modern marvels like the towering skyscrapers and stunning landmarks. It was the perfect balance of heritage and innovation, giving a complete picture of Dubai’s unique character. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with our guide Francis and the trip was well planned and organised. During the day we also enjoyed chatting with Francis about the history and some fun facts of the city and we were lucky enough to be one of the only 2 groups during the day hence it is quite a pleasure experience of exploring the area. Highly recommended.

This tour offers convenient hotel pick-up and a comfortable, air-conditioned van with a small group setting, perfect for better interaction. Our guide, Galal, was energetic and eager to share Dubai's history and insights. Complimentary shawarma and drinks were a nice touch. Highly recommended!

事前にピックアップの連絡がなく半時間待ってホテルのスタッフに連絡してもらいトータルで1時間待ちました。ツアーの内容自体はパームジュメイラ方面にも行ってくれて盛りだくさんでした。市内をサクッと観光するには良いツアーだと思います。ブルーモスクに入れるツアーが少なかったのでこちらで予約して訪れられたのは良かったです。

We enjoyed the tour and we learned a lot of Dubai history. Our guide Abdul is very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and patient. we highly recommend him. Also, the drivers (Malik and we were not able to get the name of the other driver) are pleasant.

ドバイ市内の観光名所にバスで連れて行ってくれて、この料金でこれだけのツアー内容であればコスパ的に大満足です！　

当日時間になって「ホテルどこ？」という連絡があり、待ち合わせより10分ほど遅れてのピックアップでした。ツアー自体は、コンパクトに色々見れて良かったのですが、大晦日の交通規制があるとかで、ドバイフレームに行く時間が取れないから、チケットだけ送るので後日自分で行ってという対応だったのが残念でした。

ガイドの人が丁寧に解説をしてくれました！英語のツアーでしたが、分からないところはアプリで日本語に翻訳しながら教えてくれます！半日でこれだけ回れて値段的にもオススメです！
