La ce să vă așteptați
Transformă-te într-un artizan priceput, îmbrăcând același costum alb ca un Itamae (bucătar de sushi)!! Prima ta sarcină ca itamae este să-ți prepari propriul wasabi pentru a-l folosi la sushi. Ai grijă, altfel lacrimile nu-ți vor mai conteni. Următorul pas este să prepari sushi nigiri. Mai întâi, vei exersa prepararea orezului. Modul în care ții orezul face toată diferența în gust. Dacă poți face asta, ești la 50% din drumul spre a deveni bucătar. Odată ce poți face orezul, hai să punem câteva ingrediente deasupra orezului! Vei completa 8 combinații diferite de sushi, inclusiv ton japonez, somon popular, anghilă Edomae, carne de vită wagyu friptă și rulouri de mână.

Experiența este disponibilă pentru elevii de școală primară și mai mari. Vă rugăm să ajungeți la locație cu 15 minute înainte de ora de începere. Nu permitem utilizarea excesivă de parfum. Fumatul interzis. Există zone publice de fumat în apropiere.

Wow wow wow!! Klook did not disappoint! Amazing experience with a top chef who owns the sushi restaurant across the street from the kitchen we made our sushi. Very intimate setting beautiful kitchen! Just the 4 of us with chef and amazing translator. We really got to feel like sushi chefs. Fish was absolutely delicious! We ate our own sushi when we were done. Lots of food, best miso soup I ever had. Chef made that special for us. Just top notch, worth every penny.
This experience was a high lit of our trip. the staff and Chef were super friendly, funny and knowledgeable. They explained every step and made it easy for us to follow along. As nobody else booked our session time, it was like a private session for our group. The quality of the food was incredible and there was so much we couldn’t finish it (they offered us to take it too).
This was the best experience. Everything was amazing from start to finish. It was a lot of fun and tons of food and great information about the history of sushi and kinds of sushi.
This was a great experience. The class was private and quiet. the chef is an authentic chef who works across the street at a sushe restaurant. they were all kind and very friendly.

this was a great experience! we had the sushi chef to ourselves and a translator. They show you how to create wasabi, make rolled sushi and nigiri. the option we chose also came with a miso soup and matcha tea while we ate our freshly made sushi! highly recommend, the staff is very nice and generous with their explications!! a must-do for sure!
Course was really interesting and we had a great time. Hosts were really polite and friendly!
