  • Midnight flight customers can pick up one day ahead after 20:00. If you pick up after 20:00, you won't need to pay for extra rent. If you pick up before 20:00, you will be charged for the original rental fee of extra days and administrative fee HKD200

Drop Off/Return Information

  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • Return the device to the Hong Kong International Airport
  • A deposit of HKD 1000 is required before picking up the machine, and the deposit will be returned 30 days after the payment date
  • Please note: If you drop off the WiFi after 23:59 on the date of device return, WiFiBB will charge you the rental fee for the extra days at the original retail price

Cancellation policy
