The owner is very friendly gave us a good run down of the island and what we can expect. Good location to drive to red beach, Fira and Oia. Bakery was a short walk away.

Definitely a great stay with an awesome host. Location is beautiful, farthest drive is 30 minutes to Oía for magnificent views. Drive 15 minutes south to the red beat and the ruins of Akrotiri. If you need a super market for some snacks and food head to the south exit of Megalochori to Masoutis. Definitely get a car rental because there are not a lot of things close to your stay here. Motor Inn rentals was really friendly and convenient. They took the rental to the suite I was staying at. They give you a map to help you with the locations. Very friendly upon return, even followed me to the departure drop offs to get my luggage off before they take the car back. Overall Amazing.

Interesting to sleep in a room without windows. Incredibly quiet! No front staff, but owner is very responsive to messages. Hot water tank is on the small side so showering by more than 2 people back to back may result in water that’s not very hot.

The suite appeared clean, but had a terrible mold/musty smell. I woke up the next morning with a sore throat from an allergic reaction to the moldl.

Fabulous modern take on traditional cave accommodation with everything you would need. Excellent hosting. Village is lovely and quiet but with good places to eat.
