The room was large and the location could not be more ideal. The valet operation was teriffic. We did have an issue getting our room cleaned and each day the hotel kept sending texts asking us to opt out of room cleaning, which we explained we wanted upon check in. That was frustrating.

Super nice hotel. Loved the stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location is great. I will say the restaurant was just okay and there's plenty of other places to eat that are just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Was a nice hotel- stayed 2 nights. The message about parking was confusing as it said park yourself for $30/night but when we got there it was only available @ $40/night valet. But otherwise room was clean, staff was friendly. Did not use the onsite bar/restaurant so can't comment on that. Valet attendant and staff I interacted with were nice and pleasant.

The property was great. New, clean. After checking into the hotel and already getting getting the 175 hold on our account for incidentals, we got charged several additional charges to our account, WITHOUT our permission. The hotel manager Tracy explained to us that “some people “ just get the charges without notice. We spoke to several other hotel guests and they had never hear of such a thing. Tracy was unwelcoming and very cold towards us. We asked for them not to charge us again and release our money but we still have not had the money return to our account yet and it’s been 3 days. A day later we went to the front desk to buy bottles of water and the night attendant was extremely rude to us. This hotel is not exactly cheap to stay at and I have received much better hospitality at a hotel not nearly half as nice. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Great location, easily walkable to all of downtown and the legendary shipyard brewery next door you can’t beat it!

All the staff members did their best to help us enjoy our stay. They were helpful and personable.
