Everything was excellent in this hotel, it’s clean, food is good, bed and linen are great, as well all features. For me is #10.

Walking distance to the Vatican. Good breakfast! Awesome staff!

- The room layout was good: two partially separated sleeping areas. - The breakfast was good - The staff are friendly but: - The bathroom is poorly designed. It is small, and there is absolutely nowhere to place basic things like soap and other items. - There is no ramp for taking luggage up. Guests have to lift their suitcases up a flight of at least 10 steps to get to the reception.

After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, we returned to Hotel Nova Domus Aurelia for the remainder of our trip—and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we came back, the difference was clear. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for as guests. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with amenities that were in excellent condition. Most importantly, we were able to rest properly and enjoy the remainder of our visit without stress or disruption. It provided exactly what a good hotel should: reliability, comfort, and peace of mind. We are very grateful for the quality of service and would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Nova Domus Aurelia. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the amenities were kept in very good condition. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would be happy to stay here again.

When we check out on June 17 , 2026 . The guy on the front desk was very helpful with our boarding pass . I forget his name .

The staff is very friendly and helpful to our needs, and actively informing us of any changes. The rooms are nice.

I didn't like it for many reasons. 1- The air conditioning is a wall unit that does not cool down the room for the two separate areas of sleeping. The room never dropped below 76 degrees, and my family was sweating, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. 2- The room smelled moldy and unpleasant. 3- The walls and curtains were dirty. 4- The elevators were so small that they could barely fit 2 people. 5- The neighborhood is very unsafe, and a lot of graffiti on the walls.
