Amazing hotel. But not that convenient and food options limited (and expensive).

Staff were very cheerful and helpful.

Excellent hotel if you want to escape the city. Beautiful location with amazing views. The pool is particularly special. You are somewhat isolated from Aberdeen but they do have a shuttle to the nearest metro station. The food at the hotel is good but expensive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Superb breakfast and ultra friendly staff. Marco and the whole crew are amazing! Friendliest customer service in HK. Infinity pool and views are stunning. Soaking tub. With the shuttle to the MTR, everything is accessible. If you want to get away from the stress of the city but have pretty easy access to its excitement and the peace of HK island’s south side, I would definitely recommend the Fullerton.

The breakfast buffet has a lot of selections. Staff nice and helpful. Will definitely come back again

A couple in our fifties looking for a hotel for a relaxing few days after busy business week in HK. Fullerton has incredible views and the restaurant buffet is excellent. Don’t be fooled by the tranquil photos of the infinity pool. It is stunning but riddled with children and the design also. The whole hotel is geared towards children. The swimming pool is dominated by hygiene management with such high volume of children which kinda kills the atmosphere. Room service menu very pedestrian lots of melted cheese. 1 caffeine pod and one teabag in bar fridge each day. But great bed and sheets and towels. Stunning view from room. The bar downstairs is a competition for attention and child-dodging exercise. Had been staying at Grand Hyatt HK previous week so perhaps the criticism is a little harsh. If you have kids it would be an amazing place to stay but that’s not made clear on the website or other promos. Also Easter weekend and the Easter theme throughout hotel and Easter themed cakes in buffet was pretty cute.

We had an ocean view room. Very clean and toiletries are very well stocked. Very friendly staffs.
