I loved the uniqueness and traditional architecture of this hotel. Staff was amazing and kind, food and drinks very good, and location very convenient, close to Roman baths.

The staff are great particularly the girl in the bar on Friday 6 and 7 February who made us feel so at home (I wish I had noted her name) thank you so much amazing :-) the hotel is just the best.
