I like the pent house. There’s no amenities, I.e. stops, shower cap, etc. The reservation is for 4 and yet the hotel set set up is for 2, I ask for xtra chair, hotel refuse. It’s very expensive.
Long line in checking in, won’t put other staff to accommodate the flow of customers, staff not friendly, I reserve 2 rooms and staff ask me to check in 2x cause the other room was not ready. And I have to go on long line again. I asked for adjoining room on my reservation but not given that opportunity. No safe
