Laundry good. Beds are on floor... super hard to get up and down from. Loft bed you had to crawl on knees to access. Super confusing to find front entrance and parking,title tiny sign at front. Location good to buses and restaurants.

As a solo business traveler I can highly recommend this hotel. The location near U3 & S7 stations are within short walking distance, as are many restaurants, food shopping, pharmacy, hair salons, shopping, etc. No car is needed but there is parking at the hotel for your car. The small apartments are amazing with complete kitchen, bath, bed, sofa, desk, tables & safe. The Staff is just the BEST, very accommodating to all your needs! Amenities include a bar/restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, common outdoor space for your enjoyment, rooftop bar, sauna, fitness center & work space in the lobby. 24/7 front desk is a plus also. And above all, this hotel is extremely affordable!

Great breakfast and clean facilities. I appreciated the work out gym.

Not the first time and for a long stay it is very convenient as has a small kitchen and washer in the rooms. Breakfast was also good. Location very easy to reach to center.

Great compact room with everything. Every space is used smartly and it occurred spacious. Wonderful bathroom Really easy getting to anywhere by bus or S-Bahn all night and day. Parking of car is also possible in the streets. Nice setup in the lobby and common areas.

Such a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Kids loved the pool. Room was amazing, we didn’t include breakfast as we have two fussy eaters and we had everything to have our own breakfast . So clean and the kids loved the room above ours. They have asked if we go back to Munich can we stay there so that’s a great review from the kids. Happy hour was great also in the bar with food and drink. Would love to go back and happily recommend for anyone to stay.

Super cozy rooms and solid amenities. Laundry in the unit was such a nice amenity after being on the road for a few weeks. Restaurant/bar had a good vibe, gym was clean and had what I needed. The room itself was great, very comfortable and a good layout for the space even in the smallest room. Not much in the ways for storage, so longer stays would take some maneuvering, but for a long weekend or a week it was great. I was on the 4th floor and it had good light and my dog was able to watch out the window easily (her favorite thing). Felt right at home. Local area: Nice greenery for dog walks in the immediate vicinity. Free street parking in the area (only hard to find a spot Friday night, all other times had ample free parking nearby). Enough shops within walking distance for grabbing groceries, coffee, pastries, etc. and not too far from the train. Only comment for improvement is that it would be nice to have more plates/silverware in the room, especially when there's a dishwasher. 2 of each is workable, but you'll never fill a dishwasher before needing items, and the sink/counter space is small so hand washing is also not seamless. But that's really my only comment for improvement, the rest was great!!

The location, the staff & the apartments were fantastic. However during my stay several areas were not functioning or were under contruction.
