We had a great stay! The listing was accurate and the place had everything we needed for our quick weekend stay. I was a little weary before our stay of the shared spaces but we didn't hear any other guests in the building. Check-in was super easy. I would gladly stay here again!

Really enjoyed the stay, convenient location, friendly staff.

The room was small, but very clean. The check in process has to be completed beforehand and has quite a bit of steps so be sure to complete it ahead of time! This was great for a one night stay, which is what we were looking for. It was also a great spot for a lot of places to eat.

Issues included no AC, surprise flights of stairs, and the host's inability (unwillingness?) to provide solutions to problems. Our primary issue was with the lack of AC. "Heating" is listed as an amenity, which is true, but my outlandish assumption was a property marketed as a "suite" would have comfortable temperatures. It got up to 90 degrees one day of our stay, and the room felt every degree of that. That said, there were two box fans provided, however, one of them was broken, which the host said there was nothing that he could do about, and the other rattled so badly that it crossed the floor on the lowest speed. The rooms are off the ground, so unless you have the physical capability to lift your 50-lb suitcase up and down 1 to 2 steep & narrow flights of stairs, this is very inconvenient. Things to note that didn't impact our stay, but might for others: children aren't allowed, pets are. The room was dingier than the pictures' gratuitous lighting suggested, and it seemed like there was more of a focus on "quirky" decorating than quality of furnishings. It's noted in the listing, but the street parking was full from the time we arrived until when we departed. The property is across the street from a school, quiet in June, but likely noisy and crowded during months when school is in session. The location is nice, on a main bus line, and if you stay in a cooler month and can deadlift your suitcase, there were positives to the stay, but issues outweighed those for us.

Real cozy place for staying. It was modern and clean. They set you up pretty good. It is true they don't have much air conditioning luckily I did research and brought a fan so that made it better. Somewhat annoying that most of the contact is done on third party software but just a minor gripe, as I prefer the pre-given code style of check in and room access as opposed to the traditional key card for most hotels. Will keep this place in mind if/when I visit Seattle again.

Room was clean and I could get ahold of the host at anytime.

This property has false advertising ion the listing. When i arrived many amenities were missing. There is NO ac and the unit is VERY HOT. I called the number listed and they told me no refunds. I told them i cannot stay here in this room as it is not healthy. you shouldn't pay $200 a night to sweat and get heat stroke. They are now refusing to refund even though i did not check in. Reporting to the respective authorities. DO NOT STAY. They are thieves.

Once I got the idea and realized who was communicating with me about checkin, it was great. I was very busy the day I needed to put in information and I didn’t even recognize the sender, so my husband was sent on a wild goose chase. I had to spend valuable time working through the details when normal places just allow a person to check in. The price would have been better if the cleaning fee spanned more days, but it was acceptable even for a single night. Parking was difficult. The place itself was great!
