I had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute. The overall experience was excellent and the hospitality from the staff really stood out. The customer service was professional, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. Housekeeping did a great job as well — the room was kept very clean and well maintained throughout the stay.
The inclusive breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and everything was well organized. During our stay, the hotel was celebrating its 4-year anniversary, and the team arranged a nice celebration along with a complimentary discounted dinner for guests. It was a thoughtful gesture and made the experience feel even more special.
The only small downside I noticed was the TV entertainment in the room. The television mainly had older movie and serial channels, and it would have been much better if modern streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, or Prime Video were available.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great hospitality. With a small upgrade to the in-room entertainment options, the experience would be even better. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Goa.
