Many positives, and a fantastic location—just five minutes from town. First and foremost, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful with anything we needed. They recommended restaurants, made dinner reservations, arranged taxis, and even provided bartending and laundry services. The small bar near reception was a great place to relax, meet fellow travelers, and enjoy a nice drink. One of the biggest highlights for us was the real, cold air conditioning in our room—a welcome relief during the unusually intense heat wave we experienced while traveling. Bayeux itself was especially pleasant in the evenings. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed, with a modern bathroom, updated lighting, very comfortable beds, and daily housekeeping service. Be sure to get the breakfast buffet as well. It was fresh, plentiful, and very reasonably priced, with eggs, bacon, sausage, quiche, vegetables, pastries, breads, and much more. It’s clear that the owners have invested in many recent upgrades and improvements, and they appeared to be continuing that work during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Recently renovated. Clean. Good location. Good air conditioning.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and cold air conditioning. Couldn’t ask for a better stay in Bayeux.

Staff were so welcoming. Room was clean, bathroom was recently updated and had a/c which was so nice with abnormally higher temps. The hotel fit the look of the city and was yet modern in the room. They offered laundering service which was so helpful. Hotel was very walkable to the numerous cafe’s. Great place would recommend to book here.

Location was great, room was spacious. Needs better hair dryer.

Wonderful property, right in the middle of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was so nice and helpful and easy to walk everywhere

We LOVED everything about this property - from the location, to the amenities, to the WONDERFUL staff, and the charming aesthetic! We would recommend this property to anyone that is staying in the Normandy area. Thank you, Belle Normandy staff, for the enjoyable stay!

The room was comfortable. The internet was spotty and often nonexistent. Our towels were changed without our asking but they only replaced one bath sheet. The location was good.

The staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful, and wanting to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was large by European standards and clean. Very nice walk-in shower.
