Our ballrooms, Cosmos Cloud and Soaring Cloud, allow over 500 guests or up to 40 round tables for banquets. In 2016, TripAdvisor’s Travellers' Choice selected Fleur de Chine as a Top Hotel in Taiwan. In 2015, Fleur de Chine was selected by the Global Views magazine as Taiwan's Top Leisure Hotel and received a World Luxury Hotel Award as well as the award for Luxury Rooftop View Hotel.

To improve the guest experience upon arrival, Fleur de Chine Hotel at Sun Moon Lake will be carrying out outdoor plaza renovation work from March to June 2026.

Throughout the construction period, all services—including guest rooms, dining, hot springs, interactive activities, and evening shows—will remain fully operational. The lakeside trail will also stay open and unaffected.

To facilitate the construction, the operations team will modify the hotel’s entry and exit routes, put up signage, and assign extra staff to assist and guide guests.
