Room smelled musty and damp
Aircon was groaning and barely effective in cooling the room.
Strange brown stains were on the wall (like spit from a smoker)
Bathroom water heater wasn't working.
Staff were hardly at the counter.

Terrible front desk service during check out. Rooms hygiene are all in very bad condition. Even got yellow and red stain on bed sheet I wonder did they even change it. No hairdryer, no water boiler, broken shower heater and TV, I wonder what can be worst?
