Room was tiny and we were kept up by a party going on at the hotel. Then, when we woke up there was a bed bug and blood on she sheets. We told staff who moved us to a different room and were kind enough to wash anything we'd slept in or had on the bed etc. The new room was bigger, but the tv didn't work and was never fixed and they offered to move us again but by this point we'd spent every day checking in and out and didn't want to move again. They offered us a free breakfast for the bed bug, but the breakfast was half cold and not very nice.
Also you couldn't plug anything into the plug sockets in the new room because it was right above the desk and left no room for the wires coming out the bottom of the plug.
Then they tried to tell us that it wasn't a bed bug we found in the bed when it 100% was.

Staff helpful. Toilet space limited. No hot water in room and hairdryer broken told spare had been stolen.
Not clearly advertised breakfast only available Saturday and Sunday

Great location and staff were very helpful. But please consider air conditioning. Parts of the hotel are unbearably hot and we had to ask for a fan but that was not enough. For the price, it could have been better. But overall it was ok.

Room nice and tidy, shower was slow and cold took ages to warm up. Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work.
Nice place to stay close to the beach and main High Street.

Clean, nice room for a single person. My private bathroom was Cosy.
The staff's were above and beyond the call of duty. They worked hard to maitain good standards.
Everyone was happy with their stay that i saw. Wish I'd gone to the bar there looked fantastic the morning after a party look. I missed it.
Would definitely stay again.
Want a double room next time. All the rooms have private bathrooms, this is not a back packers hostel, they are families rooms.

Room was okay but toilet service was so poor. Toilet flush wasn’t working, after 3-4 times push it’s flush but not properly also the flush handle was broken. Vasin was so ugly, there was no net on vasin. And toilet so smelly. Another thing is kitchen. The most dirty kitchen i have ever seen. Its like microwave never cleaned its been long long time! And so smelly looks like mouse house.

I checked into my room to find there were no towels so had to go to reception to tell them. The room was in need of a good clean with dirty marks on walls and doors.Also the door didn’t seem very secure when locked so didn’t sleep well as every sound from outside my room I worried someone might’ve come in. Not a very pleasant experience
