Our stay at Palais des Princesses was the perfect start to our Marrakech holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning traditional Moroccan architecture, peaceful courtyards, a gorgeous rooftop terrace and a lovely pool that was the perfect temperature to cool down in after a busy day exploring the city. Our room was exceptional – spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a mini fridge and a smart TV, making it a great place to relax after long days sightseeing. Despite being only a two-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the heart of the Medina, the riad was incredibly peaceful and quiet, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The location really couldn’t have been better, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions while enjoying the tranquillity of the riad whenever we returned. Exceptional value for money, outstanding hospitality and a truly authentic Moroccan experience. We would highly recommend Palais des Princesses to anyone visiting Marrakech and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent staff, nice calm and good environment, best place ever had before. Specially night manager was very helpful even late night when we had an issue with air condition.

Loved staying in this quaint, clean, and perfectly located riad. Highly recommend. Also, my daughter and I used the services and had an argan oil massage that was great.

The hotel is very well situated, and the property itself is quite nice. Unfortunately, I was a bit unlucky as my spa appointment was cancelled, but everything else during my stay was pleasant.

I enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean all the time with great cleaning service. They are all awesome! Also, the staff were helpful in accommodating our stay to be more eventful. I would definitely come back.

The Riad itself is delightful and conveniently situated, but the front desk staff came across as quite unwelcoming. My check-out experience felt detached and impersonal, with no one even asking about my stay. My spa appointment was canceled without any prior notice. I only discovered this upon arriving at the spa. Although they attempted to arrange an alternative, the walk there was unbearable in the heat.

Very nice stay and friendly staff, prime location very close the famous Jema el-fna square. The Riad was beautiful and had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed only one night after our Sahara tour. The room was beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly.
