I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Adriana, the manager, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. We experienced some technical issues with the room, which could have easily affected the overall experience. However, Adriana handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. She was proactive, attentive, and made every effort to resolve the issue quickly while ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her dedication to guest satisfaction and her personal approach made a real difference. Thanks to her, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you, Adriana, for your outstanding service — it did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.

Incredible stay!!!!! Don’t stay anywhere else in Brasov, this is the place. Everyone here at this boutique hotel was soo nice and welcoming. The rooftop balcony was absolutely amazing. The most beautiful view in Brasov. The pictures only the listing are exactly up to par with what you’ll stay at. The bed was comfy, couch as well. Lighting system so cozy! If I ever come back I’m going to stay here again. We stayed three nights total and had breakfast each morning cuz it was soo good.

There’s no even one thing I can complain about this place, it’s beautiful comfortable, breakfast was delicious, room and facilities were clean and beautiful. I would love to stay there again soon

Appreciated the modern and cozy design and the fold-out balcony windows. Also really liked the modern lighting controls. The staff treated every guest like royalty and the property was spotless. The buffet breakfast was one of my favorites with many healthy options like salads and fruit. The only improvement I can think of is the wifi kept dropping and the ability to stream entertainment from your phone to the tv wasn’t working.

Beautiful modern property inside the old town. Extremely comfortable stay. Staff are fantastic, breakfast was good, the breakfast area is small though so you have to decide your slot in advance - the early slot can get booked out so message them ahead of time if you need an early one (the day we arrived the next day’s early was already booked up for example). For me the bed and pillows were too soft but that’s just personal preference. Really liked the hotel, would happily stay again.
