Good. Need more clean.

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our vacation in Japan and Korea, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing experience of our trip. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed an unpleasant odor, excessive dust, mold in the bathroom, and a television that was not functioning properly. The building itself appeared to be poorly maintained. I observed exposed electrical outlets, gaps in the wall panels large enough to allow rodents and insects to enter, and bathroom fixtures showing visible signs of mold and rust. These conditions raised serious concerns about cleanliness and overall upkeep. When I brought these issues to the attention of the receptionist who checked us in, she was unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite the condition of the room, no accommodation or compensation was offered. I requested consideration for a room upgrade due to the problems we encountered, but she simply stated that I would have to pay an additional fee. To be fair, the other staff members were courteous and responsive to our requests, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy during our stay. The one major advantage of this hotel is its location. Being situated right next to Yeoksam Station made it very convenient to travel around Seoul. However, because of the poor condition of the facilities and the unsatisfactory response from the front desk, I would not recommend staying here. And there is major construction happening right next to the hotel so dusty

The noise from mechanic room was bothering

The room was too small no air ventilation. dark in the alley. The elevator door closing way too soon when you try to pull your baggage to the elevator. refrigerator fit only two small water bottle no refrigerator to store your food. The light doesn’t turn off. Would be better if the room would be cheaper for the condition of what they had. They should provide a mini refrigerator for the room. Would not recommend to anyone.
