I have stayed at most of the hotels/motels on the beach and in the city, this was by far one of the best! The room was very clean, especially the bathroom! The staff at the front desk were friendly and personable while remaining professional. I wish I would of remembered her name (she worked Saturday 6/13 day shift) because she truly went above and beyond and I am so appreciative for her! She is a great asset to this company and I hope they realize what a gem they have! I was traveling alone and as a woman that can be a little scary but I felt safe the entire time. The parking lot was well lit and had more than adequate lighting at nighttime. They seem to cater to more of a family crowd which is great and definitely noticed that they dont have the problems some of the other motels in the area have. Thank you so much for a great experience! Looking forward to staying again in the fall!

It was good with the exception of some guest hanging out outside of the rooms.

Awesome staff friendly and quite .. pleasant stay in Panama City beach !

Loved the 4th floor beach and ocean view, the morning biscuits from the food court, the daily towels provided, and the close proximity to good food at the oceanside bar and grill. The pool at the Tides was nice enough. Especially liked our private balcony. Dislikes included the room coffee and food court coffee that looked like black sludge motor oil, and tasted bad. The room was clean, but could use some updating, however the beds and pillows were comfortable. But hated the TV in our room, which was enough to cause us to never consider staying here again. It was glitchy the first day, but completely stopped working the second and third day. Maintenance came up twice to look at it, but was unable to fix it. It was a holiday weekend and we paid top dollar for our stay, but their management would only refund us $50 for our complete lack of TV for over two days. Completely unacceptable. They tried to blame it on inclement weather and a faulty WI-FI, but that wasn’t true. The weather was beautiful when our TV went out. Very disappointing!!
