I think I told you with the check in survey, that everything is fine at this Daiwa hotel...food is good, rooms are clean with nice accessories and wonderful shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and well cared for, convenient to local attractions. Our only reason to down grade the rating was that our mattresses were waaaay too hard which made it uncomfortable on hips during the night. We are experienced travelers and have slept on hard beds ( and floors) before...but, sorry, these were Really uncomfortable. ( we are now at Daiwa Roynet Ginza. And their beds are also firm, but much better for sleeping in comfort.

Another great hotel in a great location with only a short walk to the main street, buses and trains. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Handy to Sannomiya station and the airport bus stops. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel is relatively new and in good condition. Room size good. Free wifi. Breakfast was not included in my rate but a Japanese buffet style breakfast can be pre purchased for Jpy 830 from the front desk.My first time staying here and would be happy to stay again in the future.

overall hotel condition is good. We arrived at the train station but lost our way to hotel. Called the hotel reception for directions unfortunately none could communicate in English and provide directions to the hotel. All is well as we finally manage to find our way with some help from locals that directed us. room size was a bit small but overall conditions - thumbs up. Check out was super fast only need to drop the key into the "check out" machine.
